- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - To what extent can LTS be identified in GP records? The aim is to demonstrate the feasibility of studies with LTS in GP practices, which requires the ability to identify the patient group.
- What data from LTS can be accessed that are relevant for long-term primary care? The aim is to analyse the information that is actually accessible and thus available for (optimised) care.
- What are the care needs of LTS in general practice? Standardised questionnaires (PA-F; EORTC QLQ-C30; SCSN-SF34-G) will be used in addition to self-administered questions on socio-demographic characteristics and questions on cancer. The aim is to describe this need for care and to guide further studies, i.e. to estimate the actual need.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method - How is the information stored? The aim is to present promising ways of making information available to general practitioners.
- How time-consuming is it for GP practices to access this information? The aim is to assess the feasibility of the following studies, taking into account the daily routine of GPs.
