- •Diagnosed of genetic polycystic kidney diseases (PKD) from either clinical criteria or genetic study
排除标准
- •Existing non-genetic cause of PKD
- •eGFR of less than 6 ml/min/m2
- •Kidney transplant recipient
- •Received renal replacement therapy except for indication of acute kidney injury
- •Terminally ill eg. advance-staged heart failure with NYHA class IV, advance-staged lung disease, cirrhosis CTP score B or C, PLUS Karnofsky Performance Score of 40 or less
