入选标准

  • Diagnosed of genetic polycystic kidney diseases (PKD) from either clinical criteria or genetic study

排除标准

  • Existing non-genetic cause of PKD
  • eGFR of less than 6 ml/min/m2
  • Kidney transplant recipient
  • Received renal replacement therapy except for indication of acute kidney injury
  • Terminally ill eg. advance-staged heart failure with NYHA class IV, advance-staged lung disease, cirrhosis CTP score B or C, PLUS Karnofsky Performance Score of 40 or less
