Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients within the age group of 20 – 70 years irrespective of sex.
2.Patients with signs and symptoms of MGD
3.Patients with MGD but with no other ocular pathology requiring treatment other than eye lubricant and conventional eyelid hygiene within the last month and during the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients under long term medications, immunosuppressants and topical steroids.
2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
3.Patient of MGD with hyperkeratinisation, atrophy of glands and gland dropout.
