Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Drug resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy
- •A radiological diagnosis of MTS
- •Willing for surgery and the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Drug resistant neo-cortical, temporal plus or extra- temporal lobe epilepsy
- •No MTS on MRI or having neoplastic and vascular lesions
- •Not willing for the surgery/study
- •Previously operated cases
