- •Healthy male and female in their 20s and 30s
排除标准
- •(1) Individuals with a history of severe back pain requiring medical treatment or leave from work.
- •(2) Individuals experiencing acute pain during pelvic rotation or unable to perform the movement to its full extent due to tight hip muscles.
- •(3) Individuals with cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, rheumatoid diseases, osteoporosis, or other serious illnesses.
- •(4) Individuals who have had surgery in the past 24 months, pregnant women, or women who have given birth in the past 12 months.
- •(5) Individuals who sit with crossed legs but alternate the crossing leg.
