Inclusion Criteria
- •HCC patients undergoing hepatectomy
- •ASA physical status 1-3
- •acceptable for epidural catheter insertion
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recurrent HCC patients
- •Severe systemic disease
- •Chronic opioid or sedative drug or alcohol uses
- •Refuse for participation
- •Immunocompromised patients
- •Immunosuppressive drug received patients
- •history of suspected malignant hyperthermia
