Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with malignant hilar biliary stenosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Surgical treatment is available
- •2\. History of hepatobiliary system surgery
- •3\. Under the age of 19
- •4\. Patients with uncontrolled cardiovascular and respiratory disorders for which sedation endoscopy is at risk or impossible
- •5\. Patients who did not obtain informed consent
- •6\. Patients unable to undergo endocopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography due to anatomical changes or gastrointestinal obstruction due to previous surgery
