Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •20\~50 year\-old adult who lives in Daegu Metropolitan City and who agrees with the purpose of the study
- •\-Vitamin D \<20 ng/ml at screening test
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Vitamin D\=20 ng/ml at screening test
- •\- current taking vitamin D supplements for the prevention or treatment of vitamin D deficiency
- •\- sensitive to sunlight (e.g., systematic lupus erythematosus)
- •\- contraindication for vitamin D supplements
- •\- uncontrolled endocrine disease such as diabetes
- •\- abnormal liver or kidney function
- •\- during nancy or breastfeeding
- •\- history of skin cancer or high risk for skin cancer
