Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. chronic rhinosinusitis with frontal sinusitis patient
  • •2\. post endoscopic frontal sinus surgery with frontal sinus opening more than 3mm
  • •3\. satisfied surgical technique

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. unilateral sinusitis
  • •2\. post radiation
  • •3\. revision surgery
  • •4\. deviated nasal septum with clinical significance
  • •5\. history of paranasal sinus tumor
  • •6\. immunocompromised patient eg. DM, AIDS, leukemia
  • •7\. allergy to budesonide
  • •8\. pregnant patient
  • •9\. can't provide full flexion of the neck (can't preform Vertex\-to\-floor position)
  • •10\. suspected invasive fungal sinusitis
