入选标准
- •1. chronic rhinosinusitis with frontal sinusitis patient
- •2. post endoscopic frontal sinus surgery with frontal sinus opening more than 3mm
- •3. satisfied surgical technique
排除标准
- •1. unilateral sinusitis
- •2. post radiation
- •3. revision surgery
- •4. deviated nasal septum with clinical significance
- •5. history of paranasal sinus tumor
- •6. immunocompromised patient eg. DM, AIDS, leukemia
- •7. allergy to budesonide
- •8. pregnant patient
- •9. can't provide full flexion of the neck (can't preform Vertex-to-floor position)
- •10. suspected invasive fungal sinusitis
