Age at or above 60 years, insufficiently active, absence of cognitive deficit, absence of impairment due to cardiovascular diseases limiting to exercise, absence of severely impaired visual or auditory acuity, absence of cutaneous lesions in the feet and amputations, independent walking and locomotion without auxiliary devices and absence of diagnosis of neurological disease that affects gait pattern.
Elderly persons attending another proprioceptive rehabilitation program during training or in the last three months, and those who participate in less than 75% of the training program.
