Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants were recruited from the adult congenital heart clinic at a university\-affiliated tertiary hospital in Seoul, South Korea. Adolescents between the ages of 14 and 22 years who had been diagnosed with complex CHD who had also undergone an operation to correct a heart malformation were included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients who can not communicate and refused to take part in the resilience improvement program.
