入选标准

•Type 2 Diabetic patients undergoing Off Pump.
•Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (OPCAB).

排除标准

•1.Patient refusal
•Severe LV dysfunction (EF < 30%)
•Emergency surgeries
•Patients with BMI >30
•Patients with known autonomic neuropathy or gastroparesis
•Patients with anticipated difficult airway 7.
