- •Total gastrectomy for cancer
- •Age 18 - 80 years
- •Informed consent
排除标准
- •Numerous hepatic and peritoneal metastases
- •Extended resections (pancreas, colon)
- •Preoperative malnutrition requiring total parenteral nutrition
- •Emergency surgery
