Additional data were retrieved from the hospital's electronic medical record system. Follow-up information on major cardiac events at 1 and 6 months post-discharge was obtained through the national health information system (www.enabiz.gov.tr) and by contacting patients via their registered phone numbers
Patients who were not treated in our clinic, those with incomplete information during file review, and those whose data could not be accessed were excluded from the study.
