Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects diagnosed with subgroup of cervical extension \& rotation syndrome of neck pain
  • •Neck pain duration \>3 months
  • •Subjects with NDI score of 20% or greater or NPRS score of \>3

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of trauma like whiplash injury, fracture
  • •1\.Cervical disc pathology
  • •2\.Neurogenic pain
  • •3\.Any previous cervical surgery
  • •4\.Scoliosis
  • •5\.Injury to spinal cord or cervical myelopathy
  • •6\. Neoplasm
  • •7\. Systemic disease like Ankylosing Spondylitis, inflammatory Arthritis, Rhematoid Arthritis
