Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Subjects diagnosed with subgroup of cervical extension \& rotation syndrome of neck pain
  • Neck pain duration \>3 months
  • Subjects with NDI score of 20% or greater or NPRS score of \>3

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of trauma like whiplash injury, fracture
  • 1\.Cervical disc pathology
  • 2\.Neurogenic pain
  • 3\.Any previous cervical surgery
  • 4\.Scoliosis
  • 5\.Injury to spinal cord or cervical myelopathy
  • 6\. Neoplasm
  • 7\. Systemic disease like Ankylosing Spondylitis, inflammatory Arthritis, Rhematoid Arthritis
