Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects diagnosed with subgroup of cervical extension \& rotation syndrome of neck pain
- •Neck pain duration \>3 months
- •Subjects with NDI score of 20% or greater or NPRS score of \>3
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of trauma like whiplash injury, fracture
- •1\.Cervical disc pathology
- •2\.Neurogenic pain
- •3\.Any previous cervical surgery
- •4\.Scoliosis
- •5\.Injury to spinal cord or cervical myelopathy
- •6\. Neoplasm
- •7\. Systemic disease like Ankylosing Spondylitis, inflammatory Arthritis, Rhematoid Arthritis
