简要总结
We attempted to navigate the resection area during laparoscopic liver resection. We thought that if we could mark the resection area with transcatheter arterial ICG injection angiography, it would be helpful for laparoscopic liver resection. Against expectations, there was no accumulation of ICG in all three cases, which was insufficient for navigation. Therefore, we decided to finish the research with three cases.

入选标准
- •1. Undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver tumors
- •2. A single tumor and initial resection
- •3. Regardless of sex
- •4. Over 20 years old
排除标准
- •1. Allergic to ICG
- •2. Allergic to iodine
- •3. Constitutional ICG excretory defect
- •4. Allergic to gelatin-containing injection or gelatin-containing foods
- •5. Sever renal insufficiency
- •6. Impossible to self-agreement of consent
- •7. Pregnancy
- •8. Not applicable by decision of principal investigator
