入排标准

性别
Male

入选标准

  • 1. Patients undergoing elective spinal surgery under endotracheal general anesthesia;
  • 2. Age 18-65;
  • 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ? - ?;
  • 4. The patient had fully understood the study and voluntarily signed a written informed consent before the study began.

排除标准

  • 1. Those who are allergic to moxibustion and resistant to moxibustion cannot be treated or those who are unable to perform moxibustion due to diseases existing in the surface area of acupoints involved in this study;
  • 2. Preoperative conscious cognitive, visual and auditory impairment or doctor-patient communication difficulties, unable to complete gastrointestinal function measurement;
  • 3. Patients with intestinal functional organic lesions;
  • 4. Diabetes, hyperthyroidism and hypoimmune deficiency intestinal parasitic diseases with severe hypoproteinemia (albumin & LT; 30g/L) severe electrolyte disturbances such as hypokalemia (blood K+< 2.5mmol/L) traumatic T6 and below fracture may cause visceral motor nerve injury;
  • 5. A large number of hormones or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents were used in the last 2 weeks to affect electrolyte metabolism;
  • 6. Patients who were simultaneously treated preoperatively with drugs that affected the efficacy evaluation of this study (such as Smecta, dexide, cisapride, etc.);
  • 7. Previous history of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease or epilepsy;
  • 8. Refused to participate in this experiment.
