Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with first episode of stroke.
  • 2\.Patients who had upper or lower or both extremity motor impairment.
  • 3\.Patients who had stroke for less than one year.
  • 4\.Patient who are able to understand Hindi and/English.
  • 5\.Patient stroke disability level is mild or moderate based on Modified Rankin scale.
  • 6\.Patient age group between 18\-60 years of age.
  • 7\.Patient who were on treatment for 7 days duration in hospital.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with visual deficit
  • 2\.Patients who had fracture on stroke affected extremities
  • 3\.Patient with hearing impairment
  • 4\.Patient stroke severity level is severe stroke based on Modified Rankin scale.
