- Brief Summary
The aim of the study is to see the effectiveness of Madanadi lepa in management of Padadari (Cracked feet). The study will be conducted with 40 patients showing signs and symptoms of Padadari (Cracked feet). Local application of madanadi lepa will be done once in a day between 4pm to 6pm (vatakala) for 30 minutes after washing the feet. After 30 min it will be removed with wet cloth. This is to be applied for 14 days and follow up will be done on 7 and 14th day and conclusion will be drawn on the basis of proper statistical methods.

Clinically diagnosed cases of padadari will be enrolled for the study.
- Patient suffering from any dermal lesions.
- Patient suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Tuberculosis, Skin Cancer, Chronic Illness.

Name Time Method To get cured of padadari(cracked feet). The cure shall be assessed in 2 follow ups in 14 days.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Getting cured of marked symptoms on the skin and adding to cosmetic effect. 14 days
