- •nclusion criteria: A total score of more than 15 (means that the women needs a hormone replacement therapy), normal pelvic ultrasound or normal pelvic exam , and FSH>40 or two years of lmp. Exclusion criteria: Women who received hormone therapy during the last 6 months, on a diet or herbal treatment; hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, hypertension, diabetes, family history of heart disease, cigarette smoking, serious illnesses (malignancy)
