1. Children of 5 to 10 years, of either sex will be included
2. Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infections with more than 4 episodes per year will be included.
3. Children with recurrent episodes of symptoms of Cough, Rhinitis, mild fever, throat pain with failure of Growth will be included.
4. Child presented with symptoms of Pratishaya, Peenasa and Kasa as per classics will be included
1. Children with age below 5 years and above 10 years
2. Children with Severe attack of Upper Respiratory Tract Infections complicated by acute Fever, Tonsillitis, and severe Pneumonia
3. Acute attack of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection requiring immediate hospitalization.
4. Upper Respiratory Tract Infections secondary to Tuberculosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disorders, congenital anomalies, Nasal polyps etc
5. Child receiving medication for any other disorders.
