1. Patients aged = 18 to 75 years,
2. Patients of either gender,
3. Patients with metastatic colon cancer confirmed on histology with a colon biopsy at time
of colonoscopy
4. Patients planned for upfront systemic therapy.
5. Patients with Karnofsky performance status 70% or higher and adequate hematological
and end-organ function
6. Availability of sufficient tumor tissue to carry out mutational profiling.
7. Patients willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
1. Patients with recurrent colon cancer
2. Patients with previously treated other malignancies or who have received previous
systemic treatment
3. Patients with any underlying hereditary syndromes
4. Pregnant women;
5. Patients who refuse to give consent.
