Inclusion Criteria
- •Age: 25\-50 yrs.
- •BMI \>\= 30 kg/m2\.
- •Waist circumference \>40 inches (102 cm) in men and \>35 inches (88 cm) in women.
- •Participants fulfilling diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Recent post\-operative cases.
- •2\.Pregnant and post\-partum woman.
- •3\.Obesity due to secondary causes.
- •4\.Known case of any organomegaly.
