1.American college of rheumatology clinical classification criteria for the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis
2.Unilateral osteoarthritis of the knee and subjects with bilateral OA the more painful side is considered
3.Grade 2 or grade 3 knee osteoarthritis according to the kellgren and Lawrence scale
1.Participants who have had a recent lower limb surgery
2.If had any other co-existing inflammatory condition such as rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, etc.
3.Any neurological condition or radiating pain to the knee
4.Altered sensation around the knee
5.Active infection to the knee joint
6.Traumatic injury to the knee joint
7.Contraindications to the manual therapy such as tumor, infection, metabolic bone diseases, unstable joint/non-united fracture, etc.
8.Frail elderly
