Inclusion Criteria
- •Students who have primary dysmenorrhea
- •Students who drink less than 8 glass of water( totally 1600 milliliter)
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of medical disease like renal, heart, respiratory disease or diabet;
- •Uterine disorders like myoma and endometriosis;
- •Suffering from secondary dysmenorrhea.
