1. Single palpable breast mass before chemotherapy
2. Histologically proven case of breast cancer
3. Patients with locally advanced breast cancer (T3/ T4 with any nodal status)
4. Age of the patient 18 - 65 years
5. Those who give informed written consent for the study
1. Patients who got <2 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy
2. Patients who completed 3 cycles of chemotherapy but not operated
3. Patients lost to follow up or expired during or after NACT
4. Patients with distant metastasis and recurrent breast cancer
5. Patient not fit for neoadjuvant chemotherapy or MRI
6. Multicentric or multifocal breast cancer
