Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age equal to or above sixty years; be registered in the activities of the Municipal Social Assistance Reference Centers; have a telephone contact; be able to communicate verbally; have preserved hearing acuity; have access to a smartphone and know how to use the messaging application.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Do not watch any videos. Those that the researcher can no longer contact.
