Inclusion Criteria
Patients under 18 years who undergo ear surgery for more than 30 minutes , American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1 or 2
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who can not insert or attach a thermometer to the esophagus, axilla, or forehead.
