systemic health
Having 16 teeth or more
patient with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis

Exclusion Criteria

smoking
pregnancy
breast-feeding
use of drugs (corticostroid, anti-biotic, immuno-suppressive)
periodontal therapy during the last 6 months.
