Inclusion Criteria
Patients with IBD who are more than 18yrs of age and attending the IBD clinic at SDLD
Exclusion Criteria
1.General contraindication for MRI.
2.Pregnant female
3.Undergone prior surgery
4.History of prior pelvic trauma
5.Not giving consent for the study
6.Patients already on Anti TNF agent and Methotraxate treatment
7.Patients with post partum low back pain.
8.Long distance runner

Name Time Method To look for the frequency of Subclinical Sacro-Illial (SI) joint involment <br/ ><br>in IBD patients using MRI as radiological modality for early evaluation and quantification of <br/ ><br>the sacroiliac joint involvement and To determine the role of HLA B27 as adetermining factor for symptomatic SI joint <br/ ><br>involvement in IBD patients.Timepoint: 1 year
