Inclusion Criteria
patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with Proseal laryngeal mask airway
American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
patients with body mass index more than or equal to 30 kg/m2
patients with anticipated difficult airway
patients with high risk of aspiration
