Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients who are fulfilling above mentioned diagnostic criteria
  • •2\. Patients who are willing for treatment
  • •3\. Patients irrespective of their sex, religion and socioeconomic status.
  • •4\. Patients between age group 18\-60
  • •5\. BMI 23 TO 35

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with chronic alcoholism
  • •2\. Patients with infectious disorder
  • •3\. Patients with multiple drug therapy/steroids
  • •4\. Pregnant or lactating women
  • •5\. Critically ill patients
  • •6\. Patients having clinical condition which may interact with either insulin levels or drug action
