1. Patients who are fulfilling above mentioned diagnostic criteria
2. Patients who are willing for treatment
3. Patients irrespective of their sex, religion and socioeconomic status.
4. Patients between age group 18-60
5. BMI 23 TO 35
1. Patients with chronic alcoholism
2. Patients with infectious disorder
3. Patients with multiple drug therapy/steroids
4. Pregnant or lactating women
5. Critically ill patients
6. Patients having clinical condition which may interact with either insulin levels or drug action
