Inclusion Criteria
Individuals diagnosed with head and neck cancer stage III A to IV B various sites undergoing chemo/radiation therapy.
Age = 18 years
Both genders
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with pre-existing sleep disorders, psychiatric conditions affecting sleep.
Patient who is unable to follow the questionnaire
