Inclusion Criteria
- •1 ASA physical state II
- •2 Elective and emergency surgery
- •3 Age 18\-45 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients refusal
- •2 Pregnancy induced hypertension, Eclampsia
- •3 Neurological deficit
- •4 K/c/o Migraine or any other headache
- •5 Patient is on analgesic medication
- •6 Altered anatomy of spine (Lordosis, Scoliosis)
- •7 Local site infection
- •8 Bleeding disorder
- •9 Obese Patient (BMI \> 35\)
- •10 More than 1 attempt taken for SAB
