Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients having ascites due to Hepatic Cirrhosis origin.

2.Chronicity less than 1 year.

3.Uncomplicated cases of Yakritjanya Jalodara.

4.Patients willing to participate in trial.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Hb less than 5 gm per dl

2.Pancreatic origin cirrhosis

3.AIDS

4.Congestive Cardiac Failure, Congestive Pericarditis, Other Cardiac disorders

5.T.B.

6.Nephrotic Syndrome

7.Grade 4 prolapsed hemorrhoid

8.Carcinoma

9.Hepatic encephalopathy

10.Diabetic ketoacidosis

11.Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C

12.Acute and Chronic Renal Failure

13.Acute pancreatitis

14.History of Recurrent Gastric & Esophageal Variceal Rupture & Hematemesis

It is expected that the trial drugs will break the pathogenesis of Yakritjanya Jalodara and thus will be effective in the management of Yakritjanya Jalodara(Ascites of Hepatic cirrhosis origin) by give relief in subjective parameter like Distention of abdomen,Pedal edema,Anorexia,Weakness,Nausea and vomiting,Respiratory distress and objective parameters like AST, ALT, Serum bilirubin, serum alkaline phosphatase, A:G ratio, PT/INR.Timepoint: 40 Days

The drug will improve the quality of life & thus will act as disease-modifying agent for Yakritjanya Jalodara(Ascites of Hepatic cirrhosis origin) by restoring normal function of liver, improve digestion, provide relief in generalised weakness, edema etc symptoms.Timepoint: 42 Days
