- •Those patients aged \> 18 years admitted to Intensive Care Unit with diagnosis of sepsis and septic shock
Exclusion Criteria
- •\# Patients with age \<18 years
- •\# Patient relatives who are not willing to give consent for the study
- •\# Patients admitted for less than 24 hours in ICU
