•1. Video display terminal(VDT) users, who work with VDT in 19 to 65 years old
•2. One who meets three conditions below:
•2-1 One who works with VDT at least 20 hours in a week
•2-2 One who has had work related-neck pain at least 3 months and whose average severity of neck pain is over 40 in 100mms numeric rating scale (NRS), in last 7 days
•3. One who participates in this clinical trial voluntarily and offers signed informed consent

•1. One who currently has diseases below:
•a. Serious conditions in spine e.g. infectious disease of spine, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture of spine and inclammatory process of spine
•b. Myelopathy
•c. Acute herniation of cervical intervetebral disc within 3 months
•d. Tuomor or immune disease
•e. Whiplash injury during last 1 year
•2. One who are not appropriate to the cupping treatment
•a. Blood-borne diseasee.g. AIDS, active hepatitis, syphilis and tuberculosis
•b. Taking medicine for anticoagulants (Warfarin) or antiplatelet agents (Dipyridamole, Aspirin and Ticlopidine)
•c. Hemophilia
•3. Pregnent, expecting pregnent or breast-feeding women
•4. Patients who have used medical and alternative treatment (e.g. acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine etc.) during last 1 month
•5. One who is not appropriate to the clinical trial judged by researchers
