Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria
1.Individuals who have classical sign and symptoms of krishta
2.Individuals who have BMI less than 18.5 in both male and female.
3.Age between 17-34 years.
4.Healthy individuals with vatapradhana prakriti
5.Individual having only vegetarian diet.
6.Acceptable Ideal body fat percentage for Male is 18-25% and in female is 25-31%.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria
1.Individual having sleep disturbance like insomnia.
2.Individual having HTN, T.B., Diabetes, Juvenile DM, chronic disease, congenital anomalies, Renal dysfunction.
3.Individual below 17 years and above 34 years.
