Inclusion Criteria
Female and male anesthesiologists working in an University department of anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Ongoing corticoid therapy, hypo- or hypercortisolism, late preganancy in third trimenon, cardiac arrhythmia, antiarrhythmic therapy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement of the subjective measurable stress parameters by the following questionaires: WHO-5 Wellbeing Scale, MBI-22 Maslach Burn out Index, PSS-10 Perceived Stress Scale, RS-11 Resilience Scale.<br><br>Improvement of the objective measurable stress parameters by heart rate variability, after a resting phase and after short body exercise, and hair cortisol concentation.<br><br>Mesaurements are made before interventions, after intervention, three and six months after intervention period.
