Name Time Method Moral sensitivity score in Lutzen questionnaire. Timepoint: Moral sensitivity assessment based on the Lutzen questionnaire at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 7 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Lutzen Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire.;Work conscientiousness score in Costa and McCray questionnaire. Timepoint: Calculation of work conscientiousness score based on Costa and McCrae questionnaire at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 7 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Costa and McCrae Work Conscientiousness Questionnaire.
