• Patients who had been diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus
• Patients with hypertension and / or hyperlipidemia
• Patients who had agreed to Informed

Exclusion Criteria

• Patients who had been diagnosed with type I diabetes mellitus
• Patients with neither hypertension and hyperlipidemia
