- Patients who had been diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus
- Patients with hypertension and / or hyperlipidemia
- Patients who had agreed to Informed
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients who had been diagnosed with type I diabetes mellitus
- Patients with neither hypertension and hyperlipidemia
