- •Age more than 18 years
- •Fracture within 2 weeks after injury
- •Unilateral femoral neck fracture
- •Consent to participate in a research study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pathologic fracture
- •Stress fracture
- •Open fracture
- •Candidate for arthroplasty; OA, AVN hip
- •Impair cognition
- •Nonambulatory patient
- •Polytrauma, life threatening injuries
- •Revision surgery
