Inclusion Criteria
1.All CAD Patients undergoing first successful PTCA at JIPMER
2.NYHA less than grade 3
3.Patients on regular follow up
4.Patients who can speak and understand Tamil or English
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with decompensated symptomatic heart failure, recurrent ventricular arrhythmias, severe Pulmonary HT or other debilitating illness.
2.Patients with significant visual and hearing impairments
3.Patients with known psychiatric disorders
4.Patients on any other rehabilitation program.
