Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women; age from 60 years; diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by a physician; able to walk with no help of assistive device; able to practice exercise.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elderly women with diagnosed osteoarthritis or prosthesis in other lower limb joint; with medical restrictions to physical activity; participating on exercise program in last six months; with ortopaedic surgery in last six months.
