1) Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colectomy at Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital
2) Patinetns who are 20-75 years old.
3) Patients who graded as American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II
4) Patients whose main skin incision length is expected to be less than 6 cm
5) Patients with bilirubin levels below 0.4 mg / dl
6) Patients with glomerular filtration rate over 50cc / min
1) Patients with allergies to morphine, pregabalin, ropivacaine
2) Patients with drug dependence
3) Patients with chronic pain
4) Patients with sleep apnea
5) Patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
6) Patiens who take analgesics within 24 hours before surgery
7) Patients with mental illness
