Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus between 24th to 28th week of pregnancy.
- •Singleton ongoing pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Multiple gestation
- •Absolute contraindication for exercise like 1\.Haemodynamically significant heart disease
- •2\. Restrictive long diseases
- •3\. Incompetent cervix
- •4\. Persistent third and second trimester bleeding
- •5\. Placenta pravia after 26week of gestation
- •6\. Premature labour during current pregnancy
- •7\. Ruptured membrane
- •8\. Pregnancy induced hypertension
