- •Women diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus between 24th to 28th week of pregnancy.
- •Singleton ongoing pregnancy
排除标准
- •Multiple gestation
- •Absolute contraindication for exercise like 1.Haemodynamically significant heart disease
- •2. Restrictive long diseases
- •3. Incompetent cervix
- •4. Persistent third and second trimester bleeding
- •5. Placenta pravia after 26week of gestation
- •6. Premature labour during current pregnancy
- •7. Ruptured membrane
- •8. Pregnancy induced hypertension
