Completed
Conditions
Healthy university students who have history of resistance training at least for 3 times per week for 2 months continuously in the past 6 months
Registration Number
CTRI/2019/12/022462
Lead Sponsor
Department of Exercise and Sports Science
Brief Summary

The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of combined plyometric and resistance training of lower limbs on:

–     the stiffness of Achilles and patellar tendon
