Inclusion Criteria

i.Patients (male or female) in age group of 18-65 years

ii.A documented history of pain over the radial aspect of the wrist, aggravated by excessive use of the thumb,

iii.A documented positive Finkelsteinâ??s test in the patientâ??s medical record.

iv.A documented physicianâ??s diagnosis of de Quervainâ??s tenosynovitis,

v.Patients who will give consent for treatment with autologous platelet rich plasma injection under ultrasound guidance and without ultrasound guidance as per our protocol.

Exclusion Criteria

i.Patients with corticosteroid injection at treatment site within 1 month and/or surgery at the same anatomical location, and

ii.Patient with pathologies in the region like:(Skin lesions, cervical radiculopathy,lateral epicondylitis of the humerus, rotator cuff injuries, previous fractures or direct trauma)
